In today’s fast-paced production era, the packaging process of liquid products plays a crucial role in the production efficiency and product quality of enterprises. The workflow of the liquid bottle production line is tight and orderly, covering various key links from empty bottle supply to finished product output. Firstly, the empty bottles are neatly picked up by the automatic bottle loading machine and placed on the conveyor belt, which accurately transports the empty bottles to various workstations at a stable speed. At the bottle washing station, the high-pressure water spray device performs a comprehensive flushing of empty bottles to remove impurities and dust inside the bottles, ensuring that the cleanliness of the bottles meets hygiene standards.
Subsequently, the cleaned empty bottles enter the filling station. The filling system is equipped with high-precision filling heads, which can flexibly select different filling methods based on the characteristics of liquid products (such as viscosity, fluidity, etc.), such as atmospheric pressure filling, negative pressure filling, or quantitative pump filling, to achieve precise quantitative filling. Whether it is beverages, alcoholic beverages, daily chemical products, or pharmaceuticals, all types of liquids can ensure a high degree of consistency in the filling volume of each bottle, with minimal errors.
After filling, the bottle enters the sealing station. The sealing machine adopts advanced sealing technologies such as screw cap, capping, heat sealing, etc. According to the type of bottle cap and packaging requirements, the bottle cap is tightly fixed at the bottle mouth to ensure the sealing of the packaging and prevent liquid leakage and external pollution. Next, at the labeling station, the labeling machine uses a high-precision positioning system and advanced labeling technology to accurately attach the label to the designated position on the bottle body. The flatness and positional accuracy of the label are extremely high, enhancing the overall beauty and brand image of the product.
Finally, after passing through the quality inspection station, various methods such as photoelectric detection and weight detection are used to comprehensively inspect the packaged finished products and eliminate unqualified products. Qualified finished products are neatly collected and output by the automatic bottle dropping machine, completing the entire liquid bottle production process. The entire production line runs smoothly and can complete packaging of dozens or even hundreds of bottles per minute, greatly improving production efficiency.
